Commonly used with pork and chicken, it is also great with seafood, beef, lamb and vegetables.
Knuckle Jerker is best when barbecued or grilled over a wood or charcoal fire. Ideally a few charred and crispy caramelised bits gives the full smoky Jamaican Jerk experience.
