Bulldozer BBQ - Oh Ale Yes

The Oh Ale Yes, in a 375ml bottle, is a golden North Carolina inspired sauce that’s a balance of Murray Valley tomato and American yellow mustard, with a locally sourced craft pale ale.  

Has touches of brown sugar, garlic, chilli flakes (very light) and clove.  

It works a  treat on ribs or pulled meats on up to a whole hog pig-pickin’.
