The Lucky Pucker is 150ml hot sauce, 2 out of 10 heat (and that’s probably being a bit dramatic). Intended as a sauce most people can enjoy. All about the tang.
It’s pickled jalapeno, cucumber, white radish and a touch of coriander (all fresh Australian grown ingredients) with spices and it does have a tiny bit of brown sugar in it for balance.
Really nice on chicken and seafood, works on most things you want to add zing to.
A must for taco night.
